After much trouble, I have completed the will for The Ambra. We have decided to go for will because the amount to pay to change my name into The Ambra works out to be 40+k. 30k for stamp fee and 1.5% on 500k bank loan. What we plan is get the will done for 3 years then we will sell this house.
