Will you buy a 5rm HDB for 900k?

This may sound ridiculous but it has happened. Like it or not, cheap resale HDB is close to none now. We may be edging towards our first million HDB.

If HDB is 1 million, EC should be priced close to this & Private should be at least 1.5 million.
