Dream of a friend

One of my friend, who have 2 condos tells me he wants to tour the world and have a porche.
He wants to buy a 3rm HDB for 200k 2 years later. How did he get so much cash?

Well I think is possible with creative thinking, saving and earning. I have learnt a few pointers from him regarding the management of properties.

  • Properties can make you rich while stocks supplement your steady income.
  • Rent the properties you to have decent yield.
  • HDB always have higher yield than private properties.
  • To compensate for the difference, only buy FREEHOLD private. FREEHOLD property's price holds up better than 99-years.
  • Property must be near to MRT, schools and amenities.
  • You can get cheap bargain around the project-in-progress because of noise.
  • TOP projects don't always look the same like in the brochure.
