Well I think is possible with creative thinking, saving and earning. I have learnt a few pointers from him regarding the management of properties.
- Properties can make you rich while stocks supplement your steady income.
- Rent the properties you to have decent yield.
- HDB always have higher yield than private properties.
- To compensate for the difference, only buy FREEHOLD private. FREEHOLD property's price holds up better than 99-years.
- Property must be near to MRT, schools and amenities.
- You can get cheap bargain around the project-in-progress because of noise.
- TOP projects don't always look the same like in the brochure.
